David Moser
David D. Moser, J.D., age 67, our legal consultant, has served as VP of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary for Repurposed Therapeutics, Inc., a private development-stage pharmaceutical company, since 2019 and had previously provided legal consulting services to that company since 2014. He also was employed in various legal support roles for Sellas Life Sciences Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:SLS) from 2015 through 2019.
Mr. Moser has served as Director of Legal Affairs for Cell Culture Company, LLC and its parent company, Biovest International, Inc. since 2003. He has been engaged as Legal Affairs Director of Inhibitor Therapeutics, Inc.(INTI) on a consulting basis since December 2022. Mr. Moser received his B.A. cum laude (Political Science) from Columbia University in 1980 and his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1983.
